1. Stainless steel transition joints and bottom valves are generally installed on vertical pipelines, and the medium flows from bottom to top, while straight-through lifting transition joints should be installed on horizontal pipelines.
2. The installation position of the swing transition joint is not properly restricted. The stainless steel joint is usually installed in the horizontal pipeline, but it can also be installed in the vertical pipeline or the dumping pipeline.
3. The stainless steel joint bottom valve should be installed at the bottom of the suction pipe of the pump. Special attention should be paid to the flow direction of the medium. The normal flow direction of the medium should be consistent with the arrow direction indicated on the valve body, otherwise the normal flow of the medium will be cut off.
4. Straight-through lifting transition joints should be installed on horizontal pipelines, transition joints and bottom valves are generally installed on vertical pipelines, and the medium flows from bottom to top.
