Quick coupling is a special tool for pipe quick connection. Quick coupling is divided into two parts: male and female. The protruding part is divided into a protruding self-sealing needle valve, a needle valve spring, a sealing rubber ring with a small hole in the center, an external copper tube, a circular spring leaf of the locking tube, a locking tube handle, and a locking groove. The concave part is divided into a sealing rubber ring, a locking ball, a locking sliding sleeve, a concave self-sealing needle valve, a needle valve spring, and a pressure-resistant hose joint.
How to use the quick connector: insert the copper tube into the hole of the outer copper tube of the convex head, pull the handle of the lock tube to lock the copper tube. Slide the locking groove sleeve on the female head to the left by hand, insert the male head into the female head, and the male and female heads are locked by the locking balls in the female head. When opening the quick connector, slide the locking sliding sleeve on the female head to the left to make the locking ball in the female head fall out of the groove, the female and male heads are separated, and the self-sealing needle valve is automatically closed by the action of the needle valve spring. Quick couplings are easy to install and unload, and are ideal tools for pressure testing, evacuation, and fluorine injection of refrigeration equipment.
